Energy audits & measurement and verification

Investment-grade energy audits, with the savings verified on the meter to the IPMVP and ISO 50002 / 50015 — so the figure your lender or board relies on is measured, not estimated from a datasheet.

What an investment-grade audit gives you

We instrument the main incomer and the large drivers, log a full production cycle, and build the baseline from data — not assumptions. Each efficiency measure is costed and ranked by the marginal cost of energy saved, then written into a tender-ready scope you approve before any spend.

Nothing is sold on a headline payback figure. Every recommendation is tied to a number your lender, your board or your regulator can check for themselves — and where a saving cannot be measured, we do not claim it.

Measurement & verification (M&V)

Following the IPMVP, we agree the baseline and the adjustment variables with you in writing, then report monthly against an adjusted baseline for at least twelve months after commissioning. Where performance drifts, we say so and find the cause — that report is in your portal either way.

Standards and statutory audits

We work to ISO 50002 for audits and the IPMVP and ISO 50015 for verification. Where an audit is a legal obligation rather than a choice, we file to the cycle that governs you — the EPRA energy management regulations in Kenya, Law 47-09 in Morocco, the Energy Efficiency Directive in the EU, ESOS in the UK, the PAT scheme in India.

Frequent questions

What is an investment-grade audit?

One built on logged measurement and an agreed baseline — precise enough for a lender or board to commit the capital expenditure behind it.

What is the IPMVP?

The International Performance Measurement and Verification Protocol, the reference framework for proving energy savings against an adjusted baseline.

How long does M&V run?

At least twelve months after commissioning, reported monthly against the adjusted baseline agreed before any work began.

Is an energy audit mandatory in Kenya?

Under EPRA's energy management regulations, designated facilities must audit on a defined cycle. We file to that cycle, and to the equivalent regime in each market you run.
